Black River Electric Cooperative proudly serves commercial members in Clarendon, Kershaw, Lee and Sumter counties. We offer low rates, outdoor lighting options, numerous payment options, and local customer service. In addition, Capital Credits are a popular benefit for our members and a good example of the many ways we put service before profit.

Black River has electric rates for the small commercial account as well as the larger industrial account. The Small Commercial rate, available to businesses using less than 50 KW, has a $30 facilities charge per month and 9.3 cents per kWh. The Large Power rate, 50 KW or greater, is a $50 facilities charge per month, $7.00 per KW, and 7.0 cents per kWh. Other rates, including industrial rates, are available upon request.
