Black River Electric Cooperative (BREC) offers members a wide range of options for paying their monthly electric bill – some ways can even earn you money. You can choose to have your bill automatically drafted from your bank account and receive $1 credit each month for using this service. You can also have your monthly bill sent to you via e-mail and earn an additional $1 credit each month. Black River also offers our members the convenience of paying their bill on-line or over the phone using their Visa or MasterCard at no additional charge.

Black River Electric Cooperative has very competitive residential and commercial rates. The current residential rate is 9.3 cents per kilowatt hour (kWh) with a $15 per month facilities charge. You may contact our business office for a copy of the commercial rate schedule.
